Why we built Servanda
The work that comes out of a meeting is the most expensive work to lose. It is agreed out loud, written into someone's notes, and scattered across a ticket tracker, an inbox and two chat threads by the end of the week.
So managers spend their week asking for status, and the answers come back in five different places. We asked a simpler question: what if the work chased its own status, instead of a person having to?
Servanda is our answer: one hub that captures commitments from the tools a team already runs, keeps a single task per commitment, and nudges and escalates until it moves.

Start from the process
Every product begins with a process a team already runs by hand. We watch how it actually works before deciding what software should do about it.
Ask for the narrowest access
Our products request the least access that does the job, and widen it only when someone explicitly chooses to. Your data is never used to train external models.
Fit in, do not take over
An organisation already has tools that work. We connect to them rather than asking anyone to abandon them, and everything you put in can be exported.
